James Booker named NBEA Business Man of the Year

Postworks Founder and CSO James Booker was named Businessman of the Year at the Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards.
The award was sponsored by Northamptonshire, Britain’s Best Surprise and presented during a virtual event on 25 February 2021.
James won against strong competition after being nominated by the Postworks team for his leadership during a challenging year.

James was nominated by his team, who cited his patience, humour and calm approach as qualities that made Postworks an inspiring place to work.
The judges also commented on his commitment to the team, both inside and outside the workplace.
The award recognised the management behind a period of major change for Postworks. The business had moved to larger premises, welcomed a significant number of new customers, expanded its services and continued developing its products.
Throughout that growth, staff engagement and wellbeing remained central to the way the business was managed.
