Postworks wins High Growth award

Postworks was named High Growth Business of the Year at the 2019 Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce awards.
The award recognised a year of significant growth across the business, from revenue and customer numbers to production capacity and team size.
For Postworks, it was a chance to celebrate how far the business had come while continuing to build for what came next.
Scaling every part of the Postworks business
Postworks had grown across every area of the business, with increased revenue, a larger team and more registered users.
The platform had also scaled to support the sending of thousands of letters each day.
During the year leading up to the award, the Postworks team trebled in size and registered user numbers increased by 245%.
That growth showed that more organisations were looking beyond traditional office post processes and choosing an online way to print, prepare and send their letters.
Growth without losing sight of customers
Scaling a business is one thing. Doing it while keeping service standards high is another.
At the time of the award, Postworks reported that it had maintained a zero personal data breach record.
The business also reported saving customers more than £250,000 during the year, with 100% of customers recommending Postworks.
These figures were part of a wider approach to growth that focused on making post easier while building systems and processes that could support increasing demand.
What the High Growth Business of the Year award recognised
The High Growth Business of the Year award was open to organisations of all sizes.
It recognised businesses that had achieved exceptional growth in areas such as sales, profit, market share, jobs or international trade.
Judges were looking for an organisation that could demonstrate strong growth alongside a clear plan for sustainable financial performance.
With a mix of traditional and non-traditional growth indicators, Postworks was named the winner at the award ceremony in September 2019.
That was something worth shouting about.
